This was the first time that I used this company. I placed an order for a simple arrangement and set a reasonable time for pickup. I drove to the store about 30 minutes past my pickup time and to my surprise, my arrangement was not ready. They offered to prepare the arrangement right there but I didn't want a rush job. About an hour later, I get a call letting me know that my order is ready. When I went to pick it up, it was ready and looked beautiful. Thank goodness that I don't live too far, otherwise I would have been very upset.
